Internet Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your shopping experience at Wendy’s Face Place. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me to arrange return of the product(s). Returned products are refunded at the original produce cost less a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping & handling) within 15 days from the date of purchase. The return of products purchased more than 15 days ago or that are empty will not be honored or accepted.

Note: Due to manufacturers’ limitations and guidelines, I am unable to accept returns on glominerals, glotherapuetics, Freeze 24/7 and all makeup products.

Eligible returns must be sent via UPS or United States Postal Service (prepaid and insured) and must include:
1. A copy of the original sales slip,
2. The product(s),
3. The original product(s) packaging with all printed inserts/materials.

In-Person Treatment Policy
If you are late for an appointment, your treatment time may be shortened or, in some cases, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. 

I strive to provide outstanding services, for this reason, I am unable to refund the cost of any treatment services.

For your maximum benefit, all packages of peels or treatments are sold with an expiration date. Packages may not be shared or transferred.

In-person treatments can be paid for with cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard. Returned checks will be assessed a $45 fee.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount; however, they cannot be redeemed for online purchases.
